Camp Philosophy:


Our goal is to provide a great camp experience emphasizing learning in a creative, fun and challenging environment where campers have the opportunity to develop both as soccer players and as individuals.  We want our campers to improve, have fun, make friends and look upon their time playing soccer as a positive period in their lives.  We have the staff with the knowledge and ability to coach at all levels.

Staff:

Tim Wheaton, Elite Soccer
Tim Wheaton, former Head Coach of the Harvard team for eighteen years, has led the team to the NCAA tournament eight times. He holds the USSF A license and coached at the Olympic Development team level. He also coaches with the FC Greater Boston Bolts.

Coach Wheaton has put together a staff of current and former college players and experience coaches. All staff members are specifically chosen for their knowledge of the game and their ability to work with players of varying ages.

Under Coach Wheaton, the Harvard soccer staff has led Harvard University's Women's Soccer to the following accomplishments:

    • Soccer Buzz National Coach of the Year- 1999
    • NSCAA/Adidas Northeast Region Coach of the Year - 1999
    • NSCAA/Adidas Northeast Region Coach of the Year - 1996
  • Team

    • Ranked in the National Top 25 every season from 1996 - 2004
    • Four Ivy League Championships
    • Eight NCAA National Tournament appearances
  • Individual Players

    • National Scholar Athlete of the Year
    • Two W.U.S.A Players
    • Numerous All-America, All-Region and All-Ivy players
